Graphene oxide was successfully modified using poly(propylene imine) dendrimer. PPI was grafted to GO by forming amide bond. The prepared GO-PPI was fully characterized by TEM, FESEM, EDS, XPS, etc. analysis. The adsorption of anionic dyes was compared using graphite, GO and GO-PPI. The adsorption capacity of GO-PPI improved noticeably and reached to 434.78 mg/g.
