TrueBeam and Clinac MLC positioning errors for dIMRT and VMAT techniques. The influence of delay effect on the Clinac MLC positioning errors is studied. TrueBeam MLC positioning errors are substantially lower than those of Clinac. Log files analysis helps to study factors that affect the treatment delivery.
