SiCf/SiC-AlPO4 composites were prepared with dual matrix precursor. Complex permittivity of composites shows impedance matching characteristic. Composites with 3.0 mm thickness show Rlm value of −22.8 dB at 9.1 GHz. Absorption bandwidths of the composites were broadened to 4.2 GHz.
