Low back pain is the term with which we identify low back pain in the lower back, caused by disorders related to the lumbar vertebrae and soft tissue structures such as muscles, ligaments, nerves and intervertebral discs. Low back pain is a very common disease. Between 60-80 % of the population experiences it at some point in their lives. Depending on the mode of presentation, it may be an acute or chronic (> 12 weeks) and, according to pain characteristics (mechanical or inflammatory). In the following protocol are the steps to follow and the root causes of inflammatory back pain.
