An Inorganic hole transporting materials for organic PV device is proposed. Cu2CdSnS4 thin deposition was done by low temperature solution base method. Cu2CdSnS4 thin film work as hole transporting materials for. P3HT–PCBM device with Cu2CdSnS4 and PDOT-PSS hole transporting materials exhibits comparable efficiency.
