Dual PPS technique successfully applied to measure vehicle particle emissions. The technique able to distinguish particles at different lower size thresholds. Satisfactory correlation of particle mass and number with reference instruments. Measurement errors increase as mean particle size increases. Trade-off exists between prediction accuracy and time response.
