IMS integrates quality, environment, occupational health and safety processes. Companies' self-evaluation motivates to IMS implementation. The complexity of integration process is the main difficulty of integration. High management responsibility and control of documents are elements commonly integrated. The most used tools in IMS are brainstorming, histogram and Pareto chart.
