PMA can be built with large CFAS thickness ranging from 3 to 4.25 nm. The interfacial anisotropy of Pd/CFAS/MgO is determined to be ~ 1.03 erg/cm2. The structure of Pd(2 nm)/CFAS/MgO (1.5 nm) is optimal for device design.
