A novel synthesis strategy of ZnO/ZnS/MoS2 core-shell nanowire growth is described. A formation of zincblende ZnS interlayer is confirmed by SAED analysis. A formation of MoS2 layers is confirmed by SAED analysis and Raman spectroscopy.
