Diffusion and phase separation upon curing in TS-TP interphases are characterized. A chemometric model based on Raman spectroscopy data is developed. The penetration depth of the TS into the TP increases with decreasing gelation time. The late stages of diffusion overlap with the early stages of phase separation.
