Dynamic glass transition of silicone elastomers is slowed down upon ionizing irradiation. Radiation-induced and chemical crosslinks have similar influence on molecular mobility. Inorganic reinforcing fillers promote large-scale intermolecular correlations. At high doses, the dynamic glass transition is governed by the changes in the matrix.
