The artificial and natural isotopes distribution in sedge (Carex L.) biomass from the Yenisei River flood-plain: Adaptation of the sequential elution technique
Adaptation of SET for isotope speciations determination in sedge plants. The first stage of fractionation should be performed immediately after sampling. At the first stage, it is optimal to use 20 mM of Na2EDTA during 24 h. Isotope 90Sr is the most sensitive to the changes in SET. Distribution of isotopes in sedge biomass highly depends on the plant age.
