Combined impact of ENSO and irrigation on streamflow, baseflow and low flow statistics. Quantify significant differences in flow statistics for Non-Irrigated (NI) and Irrigated (IR) periods. Overall flow levels decreased by 20% during IR period compared to NI. Irrigation during growing season associated with La Niña phases decreased streamflow levels by 50%. FDC analysis showed that the frequency of low flows has increased during IR period.
