We performed pulse-oximetry and psychomotor vigilance task on community residents. Oxygen desaturation index showed significant association with vigilance. The association was evident especially in participants with 3% ODI ≥ 30 events/h. Average oxygen saturation did not show significant association with vigilance. Minimum oxygen saturation showed significant association with number of lapses.
