Multi-objective genetic algorithm has been implemented for optimization of first core of CHASNUPP-1.

The objectives of power peaking factor minimization and maximization of multiplication factor have been incorporated.

The study shows that burn up of the optimized core has been extended by 48 effective full power days (EFPD's).
