Schlieren imaging microscopy is employed for moving boundary electrophoresis analyses. The multichannel chip with Schlieren detection enhanced the throughput and eliminated the lens effect. The effect of channel’s geometry and dimension were investigated. The diffusion coefficients of sample proteins were determined under static and dynamic conditions.
