Catalytic cracking of soap phase residue of palm oil investigated in pilot scale at 440 °C and 1.0 atm, with 15% (wt.) Na2CO3. OLP yields 71.34% with an acid value of 1.07 mg KOH/g and kinematic viscosity of 1.90 mm2s-1. OLP physicochemical properties matches diesel fuel specifications. Green gasoline composed by 100% hydrocarbons with an acid value of 1.69 mg KOH/g.
