miRNA expression profiles in fibroblasts following HAV infection were analyzed by sRNA-seq. A total of 94 miRNAs were differentially expressed during HAV infection. The expression patterns of 15 randomly selected miRNAs were verified by RT-qPCR. Various biological pathways could be influenced by HAV by regulation of cellular miRNAs. This is the first report on the effect of HAV infection on cellular miRNAs expression.
