A derivatization approach for simutaneously determination of SM, SMO and SMO2 was developed.
Significant time-dependent responses of SM, SMO and SMO2 were observed after dermal exposed to SM.
SMO was the major product in whole blood and some of them continued to be oxidized to SMO2in vivo.
It is the first time reported that the SMO2 was detected and identified in rat blood in vivo.
