Working time has a significant effect on structure of chromium coating.

Substrate–target distance and argon pressure affected morphology of coating.

With rising of surface temperature, Cr content in the surface of coating decreased.

“Hollow cathode discharge effect” affected surface morphology of chromium coating.

尾-Ti turned into 伪-Ti and TiCr2 with rising of surface temperature.
