Adjuvant RT and hormone usage for pN1 prostate cancer were examined in the NCDB. In all, 50.3% of patients received no adjuvant therapy. In all, 28.2% received hormones alone, 4.8% received RT alone, and 16.5% received both RT and hormones. Combination hormonal therapy and RT was associated with the highest survival.
