Non-flammable mixed refrigerant Joule-Thomson refrigerator designed in this paper. The HTS power cable pre-cooling system is designed in this paper. Mixture of N2, Ar, R14 and R218 are utilized to develop the temperature of 100 K. The cascade type MR JT refrigerator has the maximum COP of 0.216 at 105 K.
