There were examined 286 workers. Their work is subjected the influence of heavy metals. Limphotoxic test with lymphocytes of peripheral blood was used to estimate immunity of cells. The level of organism sensibilization to heavy metals was indicated by skin depressive approvement. In reactions were used physiological solutions of metal sals (PbCl2, McCl2, NiCl2, SnCl4, K2Cr2O7): “in vivo” reactions 0.1 mg per millilitre. There were comparised terminological index with the level of heavy metals in biological liquids and tissue, the amount and character of metal dust existing in surrounding environment. There was noticed inductive limphotoxicity of metals (41 % lead, 35 % tin) to these workers who have contact with soldering and sensihilization as well: 39 % of all events was provoked by lead, 32 % by tin, 1 % by nickel and chrome. It is typical for electrowelders that limphotoxicity 28 % of all events was provoked by manganese, 25 % by nickel, 18 % by chrome and sensibilization of organism 29 % of all events was created by manganese, 28 % by nickel, 20 % by chrome, 2 % by tin, 1 % by lead. Workers of welding storage shop is mentioned similar sight of immunosystem reaction: in 21 % manganese provokes limphotoxicity, in 17 % - nickel, 12 % -chrome, sensihilization in 23 % cases provokes manganese, 17 % nickel, 15 % chrome, 4 % tin, 2 % lead. The direct coherence was discovered between the concentration of heavy metals dust in the air of work environment and the frequency of immunosystem changes and depth of appearance. There is not noticed sufficient dependence of the frequency of immunological changes and the level of appearance on the substances concentration found in biological liquids. Obtained results reflect immunotoxic effect of heavy metals on workers organism and success to notice and realise correspondent technological processes to protect people health.
