Electrical properties of Ca doped KNN-CxBNZ ceramics were investigated. KNN-CxBNZ ceramics with R-O and O-T phase coexistence has been obtained. Good piezoelectricity (d33 = 308 pC/N, kp = 49.0%, Tc = 328 °C) was obtained.
