We investigated whether attention deficits occur in premenopausal women with hormone receptor-positive breast cancer receiving tamoxifen. Tamoxifen users had impaired executive attention network, but not orienting or alerting network. We also report that TAM users had deficits in executive function on neuropsychological tests.
