A nano structure adsorbent successfully synthesized based on poly aniline. Adsorbent showed high specific area and conductivity and excellent loading of poly aniline on nylon 6 substrate. High adsorption capacity achieved for an anionic dye (methyl orange) even on low concentrations. Regeneration of adsorbent was tested and it showed good reusability.
