Highly sensitive aptasensor based on synergetic catalysis activity of MoS2-Au-HE composite using cDNA-Au-GOD for signal amplification

MoS2-Au-HE composites were prepared and showed highly synergetic catalysis activity towards the electroreduction of H2O2 for signal amplification. cDNA-Au-GOD conjugates were applied in further amplificated of signal by the catalysis of GOD towards the reaction between glucose and dissolved oxygen to produce H2O2. A competition system was used in this article for kanamycin detection.
