Temporal dynamics of immune response in PBMCs infected with Sungri/96 vaccine studied. Differentially expressed genes reflected enrichment of Immune response pathways. The upregulation of innate immune genes – IRFs and ISGs identified at early phase. Broad-spectrum anti-viral state observed under vaccination. Viral transcripts have been quantified in infected PBMCs from the RNA sequencing data.
