Distinctive gene expression profiles were observed in the hearts of HCM vs. WT mice.
R58Q hearts showed the highest number of signaling pathways vs. D166V and K104E.
D166V hearts displayed significant alterations in oxidation–reduction pathways.
Benign K104 exerted least pronounced effects compared to malignant R58Q and D166V.
