We isolate polysaccharides from Tibetan Kefir obtained from whey fermentation.

The polysaccharides showed angiogenic and anti-inflammatory effect.

Tibetan Kefir polysaccharides have no cytotoxic effect on VERO cells.

These findings suggest a possible use of kefir polysaccharide as topical medicine.
