Nanoscale phase-separated structures containing 15-nm- to 50-nm dot-like domains with opposite polarities were created.

The diameter and the distance between dot-like domains could each be controlled by changing the molecular weight.

The nanoscale phase-separated structures with hydrophilic:hydrophobic ratio of 3:7 remained stable after water immersion.
