Archean magmatic events took place in Jiaobei terrane at ∼2.9, ∼2.7 and ∼2.5 Ga.
The ∼2.9 and ∼2.5 Ga rocks represent two periods of crustal growth.
The ∼2.7 Ga TTGs most likely reflect reworking of pre-existing ∼3.0 Ga crust.
The ∼2.5 Ga sanukitoids are probably derived from a metasomatized mantle source.
The mantle is likely metasomatized by slab-derived fluids, not solely by TTG melts.
