This study examined psychophysiological responses associated with IL-6 and CRP. Higher resting heart rate was associated with higher CRP and IL-6. Shorter resting pulse transit time was associated with higher CRP and IL-6. Greater high-frequency HRV reactivity was associated with higher CRP.
