Multiple charged iron ions (Fe6+) were used for the implantation of EVA films.

Fe nanoparticles exhibit superparamagnetic behavior (blockage temperature Tb < 5 K).

Morphology of the nanocomposite changes if Fe layer is present on the EVA substrate.

Well-isolated nanoparticles were obtained even at higher Fe6+ ion fluencies.
