EPDM is aged in a wide range of dose rates and temperatures. Tensile and thermogravimetry test were performed. Mechanical parameters are strongly affected by irradiation dose and temperature. Direct link between the mechanical and physicochemical properties is provided. Thermal and radiation mediated oxidation degradation is considered to be important.
