Toyocamycin induces apoptosis via mitochondrial pathway. ROS plays an important role in Toyocamycin-induced apoptosis. Toyocamycin promotes p38/ERK MAPK activation. Toyocamycin regulates ROS-mediated apoptosis by inhibition of p38 on ERK MAPK.
