CAE is economically important disease of goats that widely affect their productivity. Molecular technique such as LAMP has been applied to detect the CAEV. Oligonucleotide or probe was designed and Gold nanoparticles was synthesized to generate a Gold nanoprobe (AuPr). Gold nanoprobe (AuPr) was used for colorimetric detection of CAEV LAMP product. An excellent but simple method to detect CAEV in LAMP product using AuPr.
