The paper examines phase screens, which are used in the study of laser propagation through random media. Simulated a sequence of phase screens that are correlated based on temperature. Analytically evaluated the correlation between phase screens using Markov property and applying tools from probability theory. The majority of previous works on phase screens consider uncorrelated, that is independent, screens. Explained and provided steps to our approach in the Fourier filtering method that were used to simulate correlated phase screens.
