Effects of inlet conditions on the exergy efficiency of LBE-helium heat exchanger are investigated. Unavoidable exergy loss of LBE-helium heat exchanger is obtained. Optimal ratio of unavoidable exergy loss caused by temperature difference and pressure drop is analyzed.
