Parent progress increased with collaborative engagement, effective working relationship, and assistance in achieving goals. Parent progress increased with satisfaction with collaborative engagement, Hispanic parent, and worker with MSW. Parent progress was associated negatively with needed services, out-of-home placement, multiple problems, and family income. Collaborative, goal-oriented working relationships should be stressed in child protective job training.
