Effects of untreated and treated wastewater at the morphological, physiological and biochemical levels on seed germination and development of sorghum (Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench), alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) and fescue (Festuca arundinacea Schreb.)

Wastewater interferes with alfalfa, fescue and sorghum key physiological processes. Physiological parameters were improved using reclaimed versus untreated wastewater. Crops, displaying tolerance to toxic contents of wastewater have to be selected.
