Devise a locality-constrained max-margin sparse coding (LC-MMSC) framework. Use both labeled and unlabeled data to construct classification model. Provide theoretical analysis on the convergence of the proposed LC-MMSC. The proposed LC-MMSC outperforms other comparison algorithms on three datasets.
