Little is known about the views of men with DMD and end of life planning. Good quality end of life conversations with clinicians may not be happening. Men with DMD in this study had questions about what the end of life would be like. Clinicians need to give cues that they are willing to have these conversations. Greater attention should be given to the benefits of good end of life planning.
