Nano particle implementation in nano loop antenna for energy harvesting application and light trapping

Recently, Improvement of the radiation characteristic in the nano antenna has been noticed for energy harvesting application. In this current study, we developed a nano loop antenna with a special metamaterial shape. In addition, by using of the graphene layer coat over the slot, we are making a reconfigurable nano antenna for energy harvesting application in mid infrared regime and play the membrane roles. Finally, the nano spherical particles of SiO2 in the chain formation are deposited on the graphene layer for enhancement of the E-filed. The structure is simulated with FDTD simulation by the CST and for substrate, we are selected SiN with n = 1.98 with thickness of 80 nm. The Palik model is used for gold layer with thickness of 30 nm and the single layer graphene is selected for coat. The various formations of the chain structures are studied for their effect on field enhancement and the transmittance of the nano antenna. In addition, here, we have investigated that how the chain structure is may be useful for enhancement of the Electric field in both X and Y direction and it's made useful this particle for energy harvesting and light trapping.
