Application of porous silicon microcavity to enhance photoluminescence of ZnO/PS nanocomposites in UV light emission

ZnO nanoparticles were fabricated on porous silicon substrate by sol-gel method. One-dimension phonic crystal PSM was fabricated to enhance the PL intensity of ZnO/PS in ultravidet (UV) light. ZnO nanoparticles grown on PSM layer by sol-gel method can be potentially applied for UV optoelectronic devices.
