Well distributed ZnO nanowires, nanogrenades and nanoislands were prepared by CVD method. Nanostructures of varied properties were obtained by turning the temperature of joining O2. Main defects of the ZnO nanostructures are oxygen vacancy and surface disorder. Different defects proportions of variform ZnO nanostructures.
