Solubility processes of 13 flavonoid compounds in water and 1-octanol were studied. The modified Apelblat equation was employed to correlate to the experimental data. The relationship between solubility and structure of the compounds was studied. Thermodynamic parameters of flavonoids dissolution were calculated. Transfer processes from water to 1-octanol were evaluated in thermodynamic aspects.
