Hybrid Bi2S3-MoS2 nanosheet array film was synthesized by a facile one-pot hydrothermal reaction. The hybrid nanosheet array provides large surface and facilitates the charge and ions diffusion. The hierarchical hybrid electrode exhibits excellent electrochemical performance.
