A new templates of benzocycloheptenone derivatives 6a-k were efficiently synthesized. 6b & 6k shown GI50 values 1.0, 1.4, 1.5, 1.2 μM against HeLa and MIAPACA cell lines. 6e displayed most potent activity against all four cell lines. 6e good docked with β-tubulin proteins.
