HBL and PHBL must be used in combination as rejuvenators for VTB. Potential to change from PG 76-10 to PG 70-22 and PG 64-22. Adjusted R2 values of developed linear multiple regression models over 90%. Fuel usage, emissions and cost reductions of 3.24% and 5.59% seen.
